Bénédicte Boclet-Weller

" Bene "

Bene started her Hatha Yoga Journey in France in 2008. Later on she felt the need to understand more and to explore deeper the World of Yoga and Vedism in general. Therefore she decided to come to the source of the discipline: The Himalayas

She lived in the Mountains of Nepal for 7 years where she learned about the traditional ways of healing from different brilliant teachers, doctors and yogis.

She is now sharing these ancestral yet contemporary knowledge and practices with many people around the planet.

She considers herself more of a guide than a teacher.

"Every individual carries an enormous potential for health & happiness, I am just here to show them how they can trigger it."
